At BLACKFORGE LEATHER, every piece is crafted with exceptional care and premium materials. We want you to feel confident in your purchase.

Returns

  • Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery.

  • Items must be unused, unworn, and in original condition, with tags and packaging intact.

  • Custom-made or made-to-order pieces are final sale, unless received damaged or defective.

Refunds

  • Once your return is received and inspected, approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.

  • Shipping charges are non-refundable.

Exchanges

  • Size exchanges are available, subject to stock availability.

  • Return shipping costs apply unless the item is defective or incorrect.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery with clear images. We will promptly arrange a replacement or refund.

Return Shipping

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. We recommend using a trackable service, as BLACKFORGE LEATHER cannot be held responsible for items lost in transit.
